I love this quote. I think that the toppling of corporate America's highest echelon is proof of this fact.
When children are trained (not just verbally taught, but taught by example) from a young age about the value of selflessness and truthfulness and other great character traits, it will show up in their latter years; but so will a lack of this training in their early years show up in the latter.
